Affordable Electricity Plans That Are Simple and Hassle-Free

Choosing an electricity plan that’s right for you should be easy. It starts with understanding exactly what you’re signing up for, the price you pay for electricity, what the fees and charges are, and when your contract expires.

We want you to renew. Our goal is not to roll you into an expensive variable-rate plan after your fixed-rate plan expires and hope you don't notice.

A Word About Pricing

So here’s the deal on pricing: sometimes we’re going to beat the competition and sometimes we’re not.  Our goal is to get you the best deal possible, but the reality is our plans—like everyone else’s — are based on wholesale electricity prices. And those change all the time. But we work our tails off to get you the best price we can.

If you ever consider leaving us for a reason other than price, we want to know about the problem so we can fix it.

The Infuse Energy Bill of Rights

We founded Infuse Energy to be different from the other guys and to break away from the old ways of doing things. In that spirit, we’ve detailed certain rights we feel you have as a customer.

  • You will always be treated the way we would want to be treated: with respect and fairness.
  • We will never put any Infuse Energy charges on your bill that aren't described upfront or detailed in our agreement with you.
  • We will never play games with your contract expiration date, which will be clearly noted on every invoice.
  • We will never charge you a dime to contact us, whether that’s by email, phone, smoke signals, or carrier pigeon.
  • If you contact us by phone, we won't hang up until your question or concern has been completely resolved. (Of course, there may be times when we need to research an issue and get back to you with an answer. But when we say we’ll call you back, know that we mean it.)
  • We will never share your data with third party companies without your permission. If you get emails from folks trying to sell hair growth products or high-speed blenders, they didn't get your contact information from us.
